Spring seems to have brought some big changes to our house! Todd and I are moving forward with our adoption plan. Our Homestudy starts April 12th. We have recieved so much wise advise from so many different people! We finally made a decision in the direction we are heading and have started the process full force! More details coming!
Mom got a fulltime secretarial job last week. We are so excited for her! She is really thankful and looking forward to what lies ahead in her future!
We started this Spring with a very successful garage sale! It felt so great to clear out some clutter. And start preparing room for the little one(s) God has for us!
Todd is such a handy guy around the house. He has really been perfecting his wood-working skills. He recently redid our staircase and decided instead of throwing away the banister spindals he would turn them into legs for a bedside table! He spent this past Saturday building them and then I painted them! He also made one for the people who lived here before us and we enjoyed taking it to them the other night.
I have a feeling that, for us, God is ushering in more than just a new weather season. It seems as if He is lifting our heads and leading us into a new season of life!
